Our History

 
Incorporated in April, 1977 for the purpose of providing insurance. Since 1984 Greenhaven Marketing Corporation has been marketing insurance through banks and independent agents in  Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. Greenhaven Marketing Corporation provides a wide and diverse delivery system from General Agency contracts with the largest and strongest companies in the market place to individual proposals for special cases from the occasional writer of life, health and long term care products. Greenhaven offers Long Term Care Insurance, for both groups and individuals. We have been a leader in the bank marketing of Long Term Care Insurance, currently operating in over 180 banks.
 
Greenhaven Marketing Corporation is a proud sponsor for The Center for Long Term Care Financing [www.centerltc.org] and keeps informed on the latest information on Long Term Care.
 
Greenhaven Marketing Corporation also provides Life Insurance, Group and Individual Medical Insurance, Final Expense Policies, Medicare Supplements, and Disability Income Protection. Greenhaven Marketing Corporation offers Continuing Education seminars on our products for all our associates. Experienced staff regularly make joint calls, or call on the agent's behalf.
 
From a small group to a complex Estate Plan, Greenhaven Marketing Corporation provides all underwriting services from application to policy delivery.

Gerald Dock is  the Chairman and founder of Greenhaven Marketing Corporation and oversees:
  • New product development
  • Provider relations
  • Promotion of GMC services and products to Independent Agents and Banks in the state of Minnesota
  • Distribution systems

Cathy Stoffel, Chief Operations Officer; has been working in insurance and customer service since 1996. Her responsibilities at GMC include group insurance, Life insurance, Long Term Care and working with all carriers on pending business/underwriting assistance along with agent licensing. Cathy's responsibilities include:
  • Licensing of new agents and maintenance of in-force agent contract files
  • Assistance with sales proposal presentations and new business follow-up
  • Sells to Group and Individual Medical products and Medicare products

Vern Senger has been a part of Greenhaven Marketing since 2002, representing multiple companies and products for our bank and agency partners. Vern's responsibilities include:
  • Joint calls with agents
  • Working with agencies to promote and sell LTC insurance, Individual Medical products, and Medicare products
  • Sales of Life Insurance and Final Expense Plans
  • Email Vern Senger
 
Michele Grimes has been working in customer service and the insurance business since 1995. Michele's responsibilities include:
  • Licensing of new agents and maintenance of in-force agent contract files
  • Assists with customer service issues
  • Maintenance and distribution of current product supplies
